Singapore Polytechnic International Pte Ltd (SPI) was set up in 2004 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Polytechnic (SP) to offer SP’s brand of technology‐based education to the world. International students who seek to enrol in the full‐time diploma courses in SP can apply directly through SPI or SPI’s appointed local Recruitment Service Providers (RSPs).

Singapore Polytechnic (SP) is not only the first polytechnic in Singapore but the first choice polytechnic in Singapore since 1954. It has produced more than 155,000 graduates, many of whom have gone on to become Parliamentarians, professors in universities, senior executives of multi‐national corporations, and successful entrepreneurs and professionals in Singapore and overseas.

First‐Class Campus

SP’s beautiful sprawling 38 hectare campus is outfitted with state‐of‐the‐art teaching facilities to train students in the skills & knowledge of new industries. Students are well‐served by 6 food courts which include Starbuck Coffee, McDonald’s, KFC and Subway restaurants. SP is well connected to Singapore’s mass rapid transit (MRT) train network as it has a MRT Station right at its door step, which makes commuting to campus a breeze.

Vibrant Student Life

SP offers students a very vibrant student life through a myriad of activities and programmes. We have more than 140 student clubs and sport teams covering areas like adventure, arts and culture, and community service. There are many recreational facilities that include fitness gyms, rock‐climbing walls, a beach volleyball court, swimming pools, street soccer courts and many social spaces like the Student Hub@Moberly which is equipped with music jamming rooms, games stations, DVD viewing rooms and billiard rooms. Many conducive study areas equipped with wireless internet and power sockets for laptops are found all over the campus.

There exists a structured programme to help international students settle into Singapore and life in SP. It is administered by the Student Service Centre, the International Students Club and student mentors.
